An Ancient Mediterranean Meal

This unique educational program for schools, church congregations, and youth groups has been presented to the St. Michaels Episcopal Church in Raleigh, UNC Lambs Club, Genesis House in Durham, and Missions to the World in Atlanta.

ZCC presents foods from the Holy Land and its ancient dietary laws & dining etiquette. The presentation also includes insightful teachings about methods of food gathering and preparation from ancient Mediterranean times and incorporates ancient Mediterranean recipes into modern daily life. This presentation can also include an interactive and inter-generational cooking class.
