Zacki Murphy, Zacki’s Culinary Creations founder and CEO, is a former NYC Ford model, food stylist/menu developer, Zagat-rated BBQ restaurateur, and lifestyle & nutritional consultant. She was an image consultant who was named “Miss Manners of Atlanta”. A Hillsborough native and an art education graduate of the University of North Carolina, Zacki introduced Lexington-style NC barbecue to the streets of NYC. Her innovative recipes have been featured in Martha Stewart Entertaining, Family Circle magazine, the Atlanta Journal, and Good Morning America. Her clients have included Humana, Chick-Fil-A (Recipe Development), The Durham Symphony, Voyager Charter School, Epic Games/Fortnight, GSK & Fujifilm.
