Zacki’s Culinary Creations Operating Policies:

  • A 50% deposit is required upon contract signing and payable via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or check.  If the client wishes for the caterer to come out for a viewing or tasting prior to the date of the event.

  • Additional costs for food and travel apply separately.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of event date can be applied to a future ZCC catered event.

  • A final headcount is due 7 days prior to the catered event and final menu selections at time of contract signing.

  •  The price per person is based on a minimum guaranteed number of guests.  If your final count is fewer than the minimum stated in the final contract, you will still be responsible for the count in the signed contract.

  • Any client references to ZCC in print (e-vites, printed invitations, table tents, signage, etc.) need to specify "Zacki's Culinary Creations" consistent with ZCC branding.
