Baked feta, watermelon, and cucumber with balsamic glaze

Watermelon, cucumber, beet salad w/ feta & balsamic glaze

Tabbouleh w/ cucumber, parsley/mint, petite tomatoes, bulgur wheat, scallions, lemon & OO dressing

FoodCraft Board w/ Assorted Smokey Meats, Cheeses, Breads & Grapes

Main Course:

Roasted rosemary and lemon chicken with onions, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, & garbanzo beans; served with couscous

Greek Moussaka: eggplant, tomatoes, onion & w/ or w/o beef

Vermillion snapper fillet w/arugula salad and crispy new potatoes

Grilled Kebabs of Chicken or Pork w/ Vegetables on Couscous

Baked Mediterranean Salmon w/ Rice, Baked Tomato and Asparagus

Dessert:

Poached Pears w/ balsamic reduction

Lemon Yogurt Cake
